in mind that Gabatrol may increase the effects of sedative medications,
although this interaction is not unsafe at recommended doses. If you're
taking any type of sedative medication, use caution when driving or operating
heavy machinery until you're familiar with the effects of Gabatrol. Some
users report that Gabatrol potentiates anti-anxiety drugs in a positive
way and allows them to obtain relief from a lower dose of medication.

Can I take Gabatrol if I am currently taking a prescription anti-depressant
medication? In general, Gabatrol can be safely combined with

Prozac® (fluoxetine), and Zoloft® (sertraline), as well as non-SSRI
reuptake inhibitors such as Effexor® (venlafaxine) and Wellbutrin®
(bupropion). Gabatrol should not be combined with MAO inhibitors. If you
are currently taking prescription medication, it's always a good idea
to talk to your doctor before taking Gabatrol or any new supplement.
Can I take Gabatrol if I am currently taking Lisinopril or any other prescription for high-blood pressure?
We realize there are people that have anxiety that causes high
blood pressure. Gabatrol has no harmful interaction with blood pressure
medicine.
Is Gabatrol safe for children?
Gabatrol is safe for teenagers,
but children under twelve (12) should not take Gabatrol (or any other
supplement) without the supervision of a pediatrician. Teenagers under
eighteen (18) years of age should take Gabatrol only with the consent
and supervision of their parents or guardians.
Is it safe to take Gabatrol while pregnant or nursing?
Consult
your physician before taking Gabatrol while pregnant or nursing. Although
we know of no research suggesting that Gabatrol is unsafe to take while
pregnant or nursing, we're also unaware of research demonstrating conclusively
that Gabatrol is safe in these situations.
Will Gabatrol interact with my birth control pills?
No,
Gabatrol will not reduce the effectiveness of birth control or interact
with contraceptive medication in any way. You can safely take Gabatrol
if you are currently on birth control.
Is it safe to consume alcohol while taking Gabatrol?
Gabatrol may increase the effects of alcohol, so avoid drinking large
quantities of alcohol while taking Gabatrol. Do not consume alcohol until

of moderate amounts of alcohol is safe while taking Gabatrol.
Can I take Gabatrol if I am already taking prescription medications?
Before taking Gabatrol, talk your doctor if you are taking muscle

or other medicines that cause drowsiness. Gabatrol may increase the sedative
effects of these drugs. Do not take Gabatrol if you are currently taking

Can I take Gabatrol with other vitamins or nutritional supplements?
Yes, it's safe to take Gabatrol if you are also taking other vitamins
