Return Procedure PRODUCT RETURNS - You may return unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (Note - any shipping charges or taxes are not refunded). Water Systems, Accessories and Health Equipment A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment. For units that have been damaged during delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage.
