If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Orders placed with a bank check payment, will not ship until check has been received and has cleared. International checks must be made out for Unites States Dollar (USD) exchange. Please check with your bank for the correct amount.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All international orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. If you're order is place BEFORE 1:30pm (EST), it will ship out that business day. After 1:30pm orders will be shipped out the next business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery time is to your country's Customs, not to your door.

What will happen if I refused delivery?

If your order is refused upon delivery or unclaimed at your postal location and is returned to us, we will refund your money less shipping plus any return shipping charges/VAT/Customs tax. If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the reshipping charges (no mail receptacle, no apartment number, moved, etc.)

Please note that time in Customs will vary depending on the country. (We have no control over your country’s custom policies or how long they will hold your package.) Once Customs approves your order, it will either be delivered to you directly or you will be notified for pickup. If your country's Customs rejects/refuses your package entry and the package is returned to us, we will work with you on getting the package reshipped via an alternate shipping method (you are responsible for the new shipping cost) or we will refund you the cost of the order minus any shipping/additional fees.

All international orders will be shipped as “merchandise” and not “gifts”; no exceptions. You are responsible for paying applicable custom/import taxes to your country.

If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the reshipping charges (no mail receptacle, no apartment number, moved, etc.) Please note: if FedEx International or USPS Priority or Express International is late due to FedEx or USPS error we will assist in recouping a shipping refund from them for you, so please accept the late package instead of refusing it.
