I've been taking Beta 1 3D Glucan for several years.  I am just getting started with Immune Health Basics Beta Glucan (500mg).  Based on the detailed information from Ancient Elements in a personal phone call to educate me on the comparison of the products, I believe the results will be the same.  The people at Ancient Elements are great.  They've always taken time to educate and answer questions.
