Shipping and Returns
Cancelled Orders
  Please be aware that we often process orders the same business day they are placed  (cut-off is 3:00pm EST).  Orders placed after the business day cut-off or on weekends/holidays are considered the next business day. If you request to cancel your order before the business day cut-off, we will refund the amount of the order. If you request to cancel your order after the business day cut-off, please contact us for further instructions at 855-877-8220. All orders cancelled after this time will be refunded less shipping charges.
Mis-Shipment
  If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 855-877-8220. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items must be reported within the 30 day return policy period.
Refused Delivery
  If your order is refused upon delivery or unclaimed at your postal location and is returned to us, we will refund your money less a 10% restocking fee, applicable sales tax and original shipping charges plus any return shipping charges.

If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the reshipping charges (no mail receptacle, no apartment number, moved, etc.) Please note: if FedEx or USPS Express is late due to FedEx or USPS Express error we will assist in recouping a shipping refund from them for you, so please accept the late package instead of refusing it.
Return Procedure
  PRODUCT RETURNS - You may return unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (Note - any shipping charges or taxes are not refunded). Please note - there are certain supplement items are not refundable. See below "BEFORE YOU RETURN" policy.

Orders returned over 30 days from receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee (Note - any original shipping charges or custom taxes are not refunded).

Water Systems, Accessories and Health Equipment
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment. (Note - any shipping charges or taxes are not refunded). For units that have been damaged during delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund. We suggest you insure your return. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

BEFORE YOU RETURN
You must contact us for a return authorization by sending an email at [email protected] or by calling us at 941-214-8601. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged or returns that are lost in shipping. Unless the package/items were damaged during delivery, clients are responsible for return shipping. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your return authorization, please write it on the outside of the package and send it to:

Shipping - Domestic
  New Orders
All new orders are processed Monday - Thursday for shipping. We ship via USPS First Class, Priority and FedEx. When available, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed (USPS cut-off is 2:00pm EST / FedEx cut-off is 1:30pm EST). Orders placed after the business day cut-off or on Fridays/Weekends/Holidays are considered the next business day. NOTE: If shipping FedEx Overnight or 2-Day, a physical address is necessary as they DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipments Marked Delivered
What happens if my tracking shows delivered but I'm unable to locate the package? If your order tracking shows that it was delivered to your location, you must contact the carrier (USPS or FedEx) with the tracking number we have provided to you via email. All tracking numbers that are scanned delivered have a GPS coordinate attached to them. It is up to the carrier to launch an inquiry as to where that package is. Ancient Elements is NOT liable for lost or stolen packages that are marked "delivered" by our carriers.

Delayed Delivery
Weather Events - Potential service disruptions may result in different levels of impact depending on geographic area. Shipments may be impacted even if the origin or destination is not directly impacted by weather due to the transit flows of shipments through our network and the vast weather impacts across the country.

During weather events, please be patient as it will arrive. However any shipping charges as NOT refundable as weather events are unpreventable.
